In the latest Michael Lohan Radar-produced audio tape, Linday Lohan’s assistant says she’s worried the star will kill herself. Lohan’s assistant, Jenni Muro, tangles with Michael on the phone about why she can’t get Lindsay to agree to a meeting with him. Jenni admits that Lindsay is as much of a mess as she was 2 years ago and all she cares about is Samantha Ronson.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are trying out an open relationship. It’s no secret that J. Timberlake has a roving, rambling, horny eye and Jessica has’t been able to keep up with all of his sexual needs. While it was widely reported last month that Justin dumped Jessica via phone call, sources close to the pair saying they are going the pull-the-band-aid-off-slowly route, i.e. friends with benefits.

It seems that the large TV screens didn’t show Britney lip syncing, only her dancers. People could hardly see her, knew she wasn’t singing, so why bother? They’d rather listen to the CD in the comfort of their home! From the Herald:
