Lindsay Lohan may really be seeking legal action against Michael Lohan. Michael ruthlessly released some audio tapes this morning of a sobbing Lindsay crying into the phone, complaining about her life and alluding to having a drug problem.

Eddie Cibrian is already cheating on LeAnn Rimes. As you probably remember, Eddie threw away his marriage by cheating on the then-married LeAnn Rimes while the two starred in the Lifetime movie Northern Lights. Now it looks like Eddie is back to his philandering ways.

Life and Style reported this week that Eddie is screwing “aspiring actress” (whatever the hell that means) Scheana Marie Jancan. Sheana also reportedly swooped in and took John Mayer for a ride after things officially ended with Jennifer Aniston. The girl’s got timing!

In the tapes, Lindsay cries to her father about how nobody cares about her and how ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson doesn’t support her. While Michael is claiming she was under the influence on these tapes, quite honestly, she just sounds hysterically upset.
Reese Witherspoon was in the middle of a fight yesterday. Reese was leaving her exercise class - a boring old exercise class – when two paparazzi started fighting over who had the exclusives to her picture! Is coming out of a gym worth that much money now?

Apparently, the fight became so heated and violent that the police had to be called and witnesses gave statements. Reese had to wait and tell the police what happened. From TMZ:

Ashlee Simpson was a diva. Ashlee got herself canned from the set of Melrose Place because she acted like a spoiled brat and didn’t make much effort in her role. So, the show head honchos axed her in order to make room to pay for bigger stars, like Heather Locklear.
