Stephanie Pratt is headed to rehab. Stephanie Pratt, who was arrested for suspicion of a DUI last month, is enrolling in a 30-day rehab program. Both Spencer and Stephanie Pratt have battled drug and alcohol problems in the past, though Spencer has done a better job of keeping his love affair with his bong under wraps.

Back in 2007, as The Hollywood Gossip reports, Stephanie was caught shoplifting in Los Angeles and then taken to the hospital because she was on so many prescription drugs at the time. Pratt, then 20, admits that she was abusing a number of drugs at the time and was a “black out drinker” too.
As usmagazine.com reports, if Pratt is convicted she faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
