Frances Bean Cobain has taken the seperation from her mother one step further and has requested a restraining order. Earlier this week, Frances Bean (the daughter between Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love) decided she wanted out of this whole legal mother daughter situation, took Courtney to court, and the judge quickly deemed her unfit.

Now EvilBeet.com says Frances Bean is taking out a restraining order. Court‘s getting her ripped fishnets (leftover from 1992, natch) in a twist and wrote a nasty facebook blog about Frances.
“I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s**t has lost her position…” Love, 45, rants on her Facebook page. “She was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself… My daughter is not always honest.”
TMZ.com reports that the restraining order will be permanent on January 5th. Ouch. Things are quickly morphing from bad to worse for Courtney.
