Kim Kardashian Sued Over Cookies
Kim Kardashian is being sued over cookies. Not any kind of cookie, but the diet cookies a rival is pushing. Kim made the mistake of bashing the cookie diet – which is a huge rage right now – on her Twitter page and the cookie man is not happy.

Kim has tweeted about the cookies before and she has tangles with the founder of the diet before and sued him as well. From TMZ:
The guy behind Dr. Siegel’s Cookie Diet weight loss program has cooked up a lawsuit against Kim, claiming the reality star defamed him with a cyber-attack in which she calls the Cookie Diet “unhealthy.”
In the suit, out of Miami-Dade County, the Doc claims Kim had “commercial motive” for the attack because she’s a spokesperson for a rival weight-loss program, QuickTrim.
But Kim and the Cookie Man have a bitter history — Kim recently fired off a cease and desist letter to the guy accusing him of falsely claiming that Kim was endorsing the Cookie Diet.
Who thought you could be bitter over cookies? That’s too bad for Kim. The doctor is getting PR for his cookies no matter what happens. Brilliant marketing plan on his part.
