Lindsay Lohan is having a family Christmas. Lindsay traveled to New York where her mother and siblings live. Oh yeah, her dad Michael Lohan is around too, but she doesn’t speak to him. I wonder if he’ll talk to the press about it today?

Lindsay was eating food as she got ready for the holidays! And she didn’t look horrible, other than the fact she was smoking! Maybe Lindsay will make a New Year’s resolution to have a better and cleaner year in 2010.
