Miley Cyrus’ sister Noah gets more inappropriate behavior criticism. And there is even video to back up these claims! In October, Noah showed up in a no-so-appropriate witch costume on the red carpet. Now she sings, dances, slaps her butt and sings lyrics she probably doesn’t even know the meaning for.

Noah justs wants to be so much like her sister, it’s scary. From Lainey Gossip:
Taken backstage at one of JailBait Miley’s recent shows, Noah Cyrus desperately wants the spotlight. The unmistakable hunger is all over her face. And the attention she receives while dropping an impromptu performance of Akon’s SMACK THAT while suggestively moving her hips and fondling her ass is like oxygen and blood and all the bodily essentials.
Note that Noah is surrounded by sycophants, and her own sister, shouting encouragement. Note also that this was shot in a highly secure area, which would mean that this came from a Cyrus Camp sanctioned camera, and therefore a Cyrus sanctioned online post.
Where are the parents in all of this? I think the blame should fall to them, not Miley in this case!
