Russell Brand won over Katy Perry’s parents with a Nelson Mandela quote. The womanizer Russell spouted Mandela to Katy’s preacher parents and they liked it! Who would have guessed – certainly not Russell!

Russell seems to be truly changing his ways and his attitude. It looks good on him too. According to the Telegraph:
”They love the old school Englishness. There’s a thing where the mom said ‘Nothing’s impossible’, and I went, ‘well, of course, Nelson Mandela said that everything is impossible until it’s done’, and she went, ‘Oh’, and she really enjoyed that.”
”Obviously when I heard that my girlfriend had preacher parents, I thought, ‘well, this has got a huge scope for disaster’ but it’s actually been quite good so far.
”I’m doing well, you know, because I’m committed to it and they’re lovely, lovely people, it’s been nice.”
That’s great. If Russell can only stay on that path now! Do you think he and Katy can keep up their quirky relationship?
