Taylor Swift and Kanye West Named Top Artists of 2009. Now isn’t that just too funny! Taylor and Kanye are in the top spots of their respected genres for their work – and they both worked hard this year.

Kanye has virtually disappeared from sight after the VMA incident. Taylor has only gotten more popular and won more awards. From Billboard Magazine:
Taylor Swift is forced to share a stage with Kaye West again. Only this time, we think she’ll like the experience a bit better. As Billboard reveals in its year-end charts, Swift and West are side by side as Top Female and Top Male Artist of the Year.
Thankfully, there isn’t an awards show where they get anything for this honor. They don’t need to go rush the stage and grab something. Taylor definitely deserves it, but does Kanye? I guess he must, right?
