Tiger Woods is dropped by Golf Digest. Tiger had a golf advice and instructional column in the magazine for a few years now. Golf Digest just announced they were suspending Tiger’s column.

More Tiger news after the leap…
Since Tiger isn’t golfing, they figured he can’t dole out advice. I think they are just distancing themselves away, what do you think? From the New York Post:
The magazine has also been criticized by rivals for not writing about the Tiger scandal on its Web site, running only wire copy.
Jamie Diaz, the Golf Digest writer who has covered Woods since he was a 14-year-old prodigy, finally weighed in with an article in the February issue, which was posted online yesterday.
Golf Digest’s admission that it is benching Tiger was buried in an editor’s note.
So, they quit him, but didn’t really want to. It seems like they caved under pressure. Should Tiger keep being punished for his philandering ways? He probably didn’t write the article anyway, an assistant probably did!
