Tiger Woods OD’d last Friday, the day after his accident. Somehow Tiger’s people managed to keep this hush hush until this week, but now it makes Tiger look even worse! Tiger was admitted under an alias and the floor was locked down for his privacy.

Elin Nordegren was by his side during the event, however, that was before mistresses #2 – 10 appeared. From TMZ:
Sources connected with the hospital tell TMZ the admissions chart lists “OD” and that he was having trouble breathing.
We’re told the fifth floor of the hospital was put on lockdown when Tiger arrived. Tiger was admitted under an alias — William Smith. His wife, Elin Nordegren was by his side.
Tiger knew that the shizz was going to hit the fan, what do you think? He knew the worst was yet to come….smart guy. But an idiot too.
