TLC wins injunction against Jon Gosselin. The two were supposed to go to court yesterday and face off in the preliminary round of the breach of contract suit. Jon didn’t even show up! Either Jon knew he was going to lose or he decided to stay home and party it up.

Jon is doing nothing to help his own image here! Why didn’t he go to his own court case? Did he think his lawyers were so awesome they were going to get it thrown out? From Radar Online:
The ruling means that Jon must abide by the exclusivity and confidentiality agreement in his contract, putting an end to his unapproved and paid interviews with various outlets. It will also prohibit him from continuing to pursue competing TV deals.
In a side note, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller was denied permission by the judge to sit at the table with defense counsel Thursday. Heller is not license to practice in Maryland and did not apply for special permission to practice in this case. He was relegated to sitting in the audience.
How is Jon going to earn any income now? He literally can’t do anything until this court ruling is over! How messed up did Jon make his life now?
