Vanessa Hudgens is suing over the naked photographs leaked a few years ago. Vanessa has been embroiled in two separate naked picture scandals since 2007 when the first batch of nudie snapshots hit the Internet. Vanessa swore up and down (as all these Disney stars do) that she had no idea how such things hit the web.

While most sites removed the photos, one in particular — www.moejackson.com — refuses to remove the naked snapshots of the starlet. Hudgens copywrited the pictures and claims Butter media has no right to her T and A photos, taken with a cell phone.
“The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens‘ knowledge or consent.”
