Adam Lambert before and after. Lambert didn’t just happened to be famous because of American Idol. Adam’s worked his way up there. Despite all controversies, Lambert really has the voice and there’s still a lot of people out there saying Adam should have won Idol Season 8.

Then again history tells us, you don’t have to be a winner of Idol to make it famous as a singer. I found this clip of Adam singing “Is Anyone Listening” as Joshua in the pop musical “The Ten Commandments.”
The then-unknown Adam played Joshua the slave singing “Is Anyone Listening“, if you could ever spot singing talent, this one has it written all over his face and his voice.
By the way, Val Kilmer played Moses, he was much slimmer then wasn’t he?

Very nice article. I enjoyed the clip of Adam Lambert singing – wow, what a voice! It’s so nice to see someone writing about his incredible voice and not just reporting BS gossip. Yes, he certainly paid his dues prior to Idol – he has been singing for 17 years. He wasn’t just “plucked” from nowhere.
Thank you for the clip from The Ten Commandments. I’d heard of it & I have a cd of Adam’s song………but it was great to be able to SEE him sing it. His voice and his range is phenomenal! Thank you so much!
