Brooke Mueller is in ICU with pneumonia. Brooke was taken to the hospital after she had oral surgery to remove a wisdom tooth and got an infection. However, when she was rushed to the hospital, she was sicker than first thought. Her court case is delayed until she is healed.

It was originally thought Brooke had an infection and would go home Wednesday. Not so! From People Magazine:
“Brooke is in the hospital ICU related to the surgery for her impacted wisdom tooth,” her lawyer Yale Galanter tells PEOPLE. “They are trying to get the infection and fever under control. The infection has spread.”
Ewww. Sounds bad. Get well soon Brooke!
