Charlie Sheen can’t phone in. Charlie and his lawyers were hoping to skip a trip to Aspen and just call in their testimony. But if Charlie and Brooke Mueller were so bent on getting back together, wouldn’t he be thrilled to have to be in Aspen with her?

Score one for…well, who? If Brooke wants to reconcile, this is good news, right? From TMZ:
Charlie Sheen can’t just pick up the phone and make his domestic violence case go away — a Colorado judge is demanding that the actor attend his next hearing live and in person.
Sheen had requested to participate in the Feb. 8 hearing by phone — but today, the judge rejected his request, meaning Sheen will have to go back to Aspen to face allegations he threatened his wife with a knife on Christmas Day.
I can’t understand why Brooke would want to reconcile. Is she going through similar feelings Rihanna did after the Chris Brown incident? Maybe time will help both Charlie and Brooke!
