Heidi Montag’s surgeon says he will NOT enlarge her breasts. Heidi had originally stated – and since taken back – that she wanted to go bigger and be an H like Heidi. She won’t, unless she finds a new doctor, that is.

Heidi has steped away from the spotlight after last week’s announcement caused a huge uproar. Was Heidi expecting the uproar or only praise? From Radar:
“I think Heidi is brave, she is a hero for talking about this, quite frankly. I am a little bit too because I knew this would happen and I told Heidi at the beginning if you are going to have people cover this you can say what you want to say,” he said.
Dr. Ryan also spoke out about rumors that Montag received her procedures for free in exchange for publicity. He revealed that the costs would have run into the six-figure range because of the medical infrastructure required. “Heidi definitely paid for the surgery,” he said. “She is commenting that she has a lot less money in her account because of it!
“The surgical fees certainly add up when you factor in several procedures. At the top plastic surgeons, the fees are all over the map but we are charging the higher fees because that equals patient safety.”
So, did she or did she not get some of the surgery for free? He never really says no, but hints she did pay for some? But he won’ be giving her bigger boobs…maybe something else!
