Katie Price quits Twitter. Katie is the latest of the celebrities who has decided that opening up and tweeting about everything in your life for the public to see isn’t such a great idea! Katie has had some rants on Twitter that came back to bite her in the butt…now she’s eliminating the outlet.

Katie has bashed her ex-husband, her ex – now on again boyfriend and her fans. Katie doesn’t like it when people bash back, however. From Entertainmentwise:
“She gets lots of really lovely messages from her true fans who look up to her and they are an absolute pleasure,” a source told the Daily Mirror.
“But in the same breath, there are the mindless idiots who bombard her with crude, abusive comments – which are there for all the public to see.
“She tries to ignore it but it’s hard not to be upset. She is considering all her options.”
A number of celebrities, including Lily Allen, have quit the popular social-networking website in recent months.
Miley Cyrus also quit Twitter. Do you think they were smart to quit or they should have censored what they wrote in the first place?
