Lawyers don’t want a restraining order against Charlie Sheen lifted. The prosecutor has more sway than a lawyer for either Brooke or Charlie does in this case. Brooke might be reconsidering because of money or fear. Charlie could be hiding a violent past and a relapse. Either situation is not good.

Brooke continues to party in Aspen while Charlie is probably partying in LA. I’m sure news will leak out this weekend about what the both of them were doing. From Yahoo! News:
Colorado prosecutors don’t want a judge to lift a restraining order against actor Charlie Sheen, who is accused of threatening his wife with a knife.
Attorneys for both Sheen and his wife, Brooke, say they want the order dismissed so the couple can try to reconcile. The order bars him from contacting her.
Prosecutors filed a motion Wednesday opposing dismissal. Assistant District Attorney Arnold Mordkin would not say why on Thursday.
It’s not clear when a judge will rule.
Maybe the judge can be the only smart one and keep these two violent parents away from each other until they can prove they are clean. I have doubts on to either one of their claims on sobriety.
