Stephanie Pratt won’t go to jail for her DUI charge last October. Not surprisingly, Pratt won’t be spending time in the slammer after imbibing one too many cocktails at a birthday part on October 18th and being pulled over in L.A. shortly afterward. Rather, Pratt will just have to make sure it doesn’t happen again. For 36 months that is.

E! News reports that Stephanie will have to attend three-months of an alcohol treatment program, eight weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and 36 months probation.
Shouldn’t be too difficult. Why these grossly overpaid reality stars just don’t hire drivers is way beyond me. Speaking of — another season of The Hills starts taping next week, and you best believe Stephanie will put on her bikini and get back to “work.”
