Taylor Lautner is the higest paid teen actor. As if his Twilight franchise wasn’t enough to get his name out there, Lautner has signed on to co-star with Tom Cruise in a flick that will garner him $7. 5 million. Lautner will play “a gifted, young, aerobatics pilot who faces off with his controlling, billionaire father and falls in love with a gifted, female pilot.”

While it’s hard to believe, the Twilight cast didn’t even earn a $7.5 million paycheck for their work. And Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron and the rest of the High School Musical cast have yet to command money like that, according to MTV.com.
We must say — out of all the hopefulls in the Twilight series, we had our bets on Robert Pattinson cleaning up the most after all was said and done.
