A source for The New York Times has confirmed that Tiger Woods is indeed in sex rehab. A writer for The New York Times, Benoit Denizet-Lewis, who has battled sex addiction himself had a source confirm that Tiger Woods was receiving treatment at Gentle Path. Gentle Path is a recovery center in Mississippi.

While, of course, nobody at Gentle Path would confirm to usmagazine.com that Tiger was there, the magazine did get the inside scoop of what being in sex therapy was like.

“The reporter explains that the usual regimen at sex addiction centers nationwide includes group therapy sessions as well as family and couple’s therapy. “If Tiger and his wife, Elin, are serious about repairing their marriage,” he writes, “she will be spending some time in Hattiesburg with Tiger.” Another typical requirement: patients must sign a “celibacy contract” — a promise “not to have sex with anyone, or to masturbate, while in treatment.”

Also on the menu? Empathy letters where the philandering man professed his apologies and cost letters where wives lamented their pain.
