Tila Tequila exploded in an exclusive video for RadarOnline.com blasting Heidi Montag for being fake. Pot meet kettle. Regardless of the fact Tila has fake breasts also, she goes on to say that Heidi‘s plastic surgery obsession is unhealthy for young girls. Of course she’s right — we just wish it was coming from someone other then the lunatic known as Tila Tequila.

Tila got on her soapbox and shouted to Radar:
“She’s sending out a really, really, really, really, really, really, really bad message to other young girls out there who might look up to her,” Tila told RadarOnline.com. “It’s telling these girls, ‘Don’t feel good about yourself, get as much plastic surgery as you can…I think she looks a lot older,” Tila said of Heidi‘s post-surgery appearance. “She literally looks 10 years older.”
Heidi Montag claims to have undergone 10 plastic surgery procedures to help sell her album Superficial.
