Heidi Montag debuts her new face on the red carpet in Sin City. Heidi and hubby Spencer Pratt hosted a special Valentine’s Night Party last Saturday at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Montag who has undergone 10 plastic surgeries on one day is thrilled with her own new look. Heidi said on Saturday that it was “the best decision I’ve ever made.” Oh, I thought the best decision was marrying Spencer.
People magazine reports that “My [Heidi Montag's] favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about,” Montag, 23, said at a party Saturday at Las Vegas’s Pure Nightclub. “And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. … I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.”
As for Spencer, his favorite part of his wife? It’s her hair.. fortunately there’s some part of her not touched by the surgeons!
“It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally,” Spencer says.
And is Heidi planning to go under the knife again? Yes, but not anytime soon.
“Eventually”, she says, “for maintenance.”
Natural is good! We don’t want to see Heidi getting anymore plastic surgeries!
