Jon Gosselin out for good at TLC. Jon and TLC reached an agreement over the breach of contract suit and the details were kept secret…until now. The newest villain in reality TV – Jon – won’t be appearing on the show any longer even though he remains under contract.

Jonhas no money to pay for lawyers, so basically he gave in to TLC to stop their countersue and make him broke. From US Magazine:
At issue were Gosselin’s paid interviews and public appearances, which TLC said violated Gosselin’s contract and garnered bad publicity. A judge sided with the network, and forbade Gosselin from making any unauthorized public appearances.
Gosselinsubsequently countersued the network for $5 million, claiming TLC damaged his reputation.
TLC’s Wednesday statement adds that “The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC.”
TLC is focusing on the new show Kate has coming out – without her children or Jon. I hope it makes a lot of money, since they still have that big house to pay for!
