Judge reviews Lindsay Lohan’s DUI progress today. Lindsay is not supposed to appear herself but the judge will review written progress of her classes she attended. Hopefully, her dad won’t make it in because he has a few things to say to the judge…

Michael Lohan says Lindsay needs three months of rehab. How he came to that number, I don’t know, but Lindsay won’t be happy to hear it! From Radar Online:
But even though Lindsay won’t be in court her father promised he would be there – and he wants to be heard.
“My daughter needs rehab for at least 3 months,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “Come on… let’s face it, there are pictures of her out there—you reported it, others have reported it…of her drinking and taking pills in public. If you’re on probation, is that what the system approves of?”
Oh boy…another war between Michael and Lindsay brews. What do you think the judge will decide about Lindsay – is she clean or in violation of probation?
