Justin Bieber is having a party for his sweet 16th birthday! Justin sent out invites and a release form for parents that warns their children are possibly risking death by going has to be signed. OMG!

TMZ reports: The invitation boasts that Justin will have all sorts of crazy activities at the L.A.-based party — like paintball, basketball, sumo wrestling, laser tag, and something involving a “workout gym.”
But kids under 18 aren’t allowed to go unless their parents sign a waiver that states, “I fully understand my/minor’s participation may involve risk or serious injury or death.”
The bash apparently starts on this Saturday and it goes on till Monday; Monday is Bieber’s actual Big Day!
Cool! Will you let your kids go?
