Kim Kardashian to be belle of the Fashion Week. Kim went right from Super Bowl parties to making appearances in New York City for Fashion Week. And Reggie Bush ditched New Orleans right after the Saints’ celebatory parade to be by his girl’s side. Awwww.

Kim is a busy girl! No wonder why she was tweeting that she needed a tropical vacation after these two weeks were over! From the Examiner:
Kim Kardashian landed in New York after an arduous trip. Kim was dedicated to traveling for her promotional tour despite flight cancellations and long delays at the airports. She flew from New Orleans to Atlanta and onto Boston. From Boston, she had to drive into New York for her appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly yesterday.
Kim did two interviews in the morning, a red carpet show in the afternoon and probably another one at night. Where does she find the energy?
