According to spies at HollywoodLife.com, Kristin Cavallari cozied up to Derek Jeter and attempted to get his attention. While throwing back cocktails, The Hills “actress” was trying to finagle a way to sit next to the baseball player. Of course, she was denied.
“Inside the W Hotel South Beach on Feb. 5, Kristin, who was definitely enjoying the cocktails and Pop Chips that were being served in the VIP area, was doing everything in her power to get to the table that Derek was sitting at with he fellow team mate Alex Rodriguez, 34! We even overheard one guest say, “Kristin needs to stop trying so hard.” And after a few failed attempts, she finally did!
Meanwhile, it’s rumored that Derek and Minka Kelly are engaged. But hey — we hear Brody Jenner is single, Kristin.
