So — are Lindsay Lohan and Lady Gaga going to collaborate? Sounds so left-field it’s almost laughable, but a big-time music producer thinks it would not only be viable but profitable. Rodney Jerkins thinks Lindsay has an inner pop diva that’s just aching to emerge. Literally.

Jerkins is the man responsible for the powerhouse single ‘Telephone’ with Beyonce and Lady Gaga. He told Eonline.com at Clive Davis‘ pre-Grammy party:
“If she stays focused, I think she has what it takes. I’ve talked to her, and I said, ‘You’ve got what it takes. I really believe in you…I’ve seen a lot of people questioning actresses who have wanted to become pop stars, and they don’t have it,” Jerkins said. “I believe she has it, something deep down. I’ve listened to her in the past, and I think there’s something there. It just needs to be pulled out.”
Good luck with that pulling, Jerkins! All jokes aside, a Lindsay and Gaga team-up probably would probably be HUGE. If only for bloggers to make fun.
