Lindsay Lohan judge says A-OK. Lindsay wasn’t in the courtroom to plead her case, just a bunch of papers. The judge looked it all over and decided she was progressing just fine.

Michael Lohan wanted to plead otherwise, but the judge didn’t hear it. Lindsay doesn’t need to go to rehab or show up in jail. From Monsters and Critics:
Judge Marsha Revel said Lohan is “in full compliance. Everything looks good.”
Lohan must complete the rest of her court-ordered alcohol education classes by July.
Her next progress report will be on 20 May, but she will only have to appear in court if she fails to follow the terms of her probation.
It’s nice to see something go Lindsay’s way for once. But give it a day…
