Sean Penn has been charged for attacking a paparazzi photographer. Last October, Sean Penn lost his cool and kicked a photographer last October. This is nothing new. Sean Penn has scuffled with the paparazzi in the past, but this time he may get 18 months in jail if convicted.

His arraignment is scheduled for March 22nd. Sean Penn got into trouble with the law again back in 1988. After a photographer tried to poke his camera lens on a film set, Sean assaulted the shutterbug and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
According to ShowbizSpy.com, Sean was so moved by his releif work in Haiti he may quit his job on Three Stooges.
