Taylor Swift’s Grammy controversy. Didn’t know there was one, did ya? Unless you pay close attention to the music biz or happen to be a Taylor hater, you might not have even known about the flack that crept up after her performance with Stevie Nicks on Sunday.

More pictures of taylor after the buzz…
Some people claim her performance stunk. Actually, it was a good live medly and I can’t see where the problem is. From the New York Times:
In an article in The Tennessean of Nashville, Scott Borchetta, the label’s president and chief executive, said that Ms. Swift’s critics “are not getting it.” Mr. Borchetta added: “The facts say she is the undisputed best communicator that we’ve got. When she says something, when she sings something, when she feels something, it affects more people than anybody else.” Defending Ms. Swift’s performance at the Grammys, Mr. Borchetta said, “Maybe she’s not the best technical singer, but she’s probably the best emotional singer because everybody else who gets up there and is technically perfect, people don’t seem to want more of it.”
Oiy…I think he should have just kept quiet. Fans just assume there may be a glitch with a live performance. At least Taylor was obviously singing and live, which is a lot more than other people do!

The problem is that she is all hype, pr works and a cute face sold to kids as ” talented ” when she’s lacklustre at best. It’s an insult she were nominated for the biggest grammies and WON the most important one. She can’t darn sing. Grammies credibility after the dreadful Jonas Brothers nomination last year sunk indefinitely this year by acknowledging Taylor. Grammies Are now like MTV awards.
Where the F… is Kanye???
