The Bachelor’s big winner Vienna wants to follow in Heidi Montag’s footsteps and get more plastic surgery. Even though she already got her breasts inflated a few years back, all this T.V. air time, magazine spreads and blog posts have her feeling insecure (and she wants to keep that dork Jake interested) and she’d like to Heidi Montag herself.

Sources at InTouch got the inside story on poor baby Vienna (eye roll) and her body issues:
“Vienna, 23, reportedly underwent a breast augmentation a few years ago, but according to the insider, she’s planning a huge overhaul, which now includes a nose job, another boob job and liposuction. One reason for taking such drastic measures so soon is that when she saw the pictures of herself, “She was secretly horrified,” explains the insider. “She was disappointed in her appearance and that was one of the things that prompted this desire to have surgery.”
Vienna is only 23! While the entire story is ludicrous, that tid bit is by far the most shocking.
