Elin Nordegren is refusing to go to the Masters Tournament. Elin had been asked to publicly support her husband Tiger Woods, however, she denied the claim! I wonder who asked – Tiger’s sponsors, the Masters promoters or CBS, who carries the broadcast. I doubt Tiger himself asked!

Tiger seemed to want to make amends with Elin, but then he jumped back in to the game of golf without her approval. He made the long announcement he was leaving golf – but he never really did because golf was on sabbatical during that time anyway! He could have saved himself that public announcement. From SAWF News:
”Elin does not want to go to the Masters and is preparing for a trip to see her family and friends in Sweden,” the source tells People. “She is also being asked by Tiger to attend the Masters, even if for a half day, to look like she is interested in supporting his return to golf. But she would rather not be there.”
Elin plans to board a commercial flight for her trip home, instead of Tiger’s private jet, to keep a low profile.
Elin is reported to be upset with Tiger’s decision to return to golf so early. She believes he has reneged on a commitment that he made during his televised apology on February 19, that he would focus on his family and winning back the trust of his wife before returning to golf.
Gee, no wonder why Elin has met with lawyers. Tiger hasn’t done what he’d said he’d do about golf, why would he change with his cheating?
