Erica Mongeon AKA Rikki is in a coma after a major car accident! Erica, the MTV star of A Double Shot at Love with twin Victoria “Vikki” Mongeon, is in a medically induced coma since Wednesday after being seriously injured in a car accident, a rep for the twins tells E! Online.

As reports by E! Online, the Mongeon twins were passengers in a Volkswagen Jetta when it collided with a semi near Bakersfield, Ca. The driver and Vikki did not suffer any major physical trauma.
“Right after the accident everybody was feeling OK, but Rikki had a bump on her head and nobody thought it was a big deal, but for just for the heck of it they went to the hospital,” rep Rick Brown said.
“Then the doctors did a test that said she had bleeding in her skull. She never felt bad, like you would expect, but they put her into a medically induced coma and will keep her down until Friday. The plan is to bring her out of the coma on Friday and take it from there.”
Her twin sister Vikki has been by Rikki’s side the whole time and “would appreciate prayers for her sister.”
This is very eerie, one of the contestants on Double Shot, Kandice “Kandi” Hutchinson, was killed in a car accident shortly after production wrapped. The series’ second episode was dedicated to Kandice.
