Heidi Montag can’t legally get larger breasts. The once flat-chested Montag shocked the world when she increased her A-B cups to a whopping Barbie doll-like Double D’s. After undergoing 10 procedures in one day, she very famously told the world she wasn’t finished. In fact, Montag was just getting started. Yikes.

However, when Montag appeared on Jay Leno last night she told him she “legally” wasn’t allowed to increase her bust anymore.
“I legally can’t right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc. I think I’ve reached the point [where I can stop],” she added. “I think I’m good for awhile. I’m surger-ied out.”
Hm. More like she can’t find a doctor who could in clear conscious perform the surgeries. Oh, Heidi. You are fooling nobody. But thank goodness the institution has laws banning excessive plumping.
