Jesse James had a HUGE sexual harassment lawsuit settlement in 2007…and it wasn’t in his favor. Jesse had a former employee sue him for sexual harassment and they settled for $725,000. That’s a large chunk of money to shell out if you didn’t do anything….

If you’ll remember, Sandra and Jesse married in 2005. That means Jesse could have cheated with this woman during their marriage as well and potentially two other women. From TMZ:
The woman kept several suggestive emails from Jesse. In one email in 2007, which is included in the file, Jesse wrote to the woman, “Need anything before I split?” She responded, “Some Tums.” Jesse replied, “I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ….”
And, she claims after an oral encounter with Jesse, she kept a telltale Clintonesque T-shirt .
Ewwwww, gross. But I guess she has evidence if it needs to go to court. Again.
