Jesse James might not only lose Sandra Bullock, but his daughter Sunny as well. His ex-wife is revamping her efforts to get more custody of Sunny, who she lost custody over last year.

Sandra was a stable factor when the judge decided Jesse and Sandra had full custody. Now his affair with Michelle McGee might really cost him. From the NJ.com:
Janine Lindemulder recently lost a battle for more contact with Sunny but thinks the reports of James’ affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee could work in her favor, especially if Bullock, believed to be a stabilizing influence in the house, divorces James.
Lindemulder is living in a halfway house since her release from prison, where she served time for tax evasion. James has full custody of Sunny, and Bullock has gone to bat for her husband in the custody battle.
Well, at least his dog Cinnabun came back. Jesse will have someone to hang out with at least. Do you think Sandra will give him a second chance?
