Life and Style has suffered a significant amount of backlash due to their Shiloh “gender confusion” cover. The magazine’s latest issue details Shiloh‘s new Peter Pan haircut and how Angelina is encouraging overly boyish behavior that could result in gender confusion. It was in all honestly pretty ridiculous.

Life and Style interviewed a stylist on VH1 who said:
“Shiloh is pushing the boundaries of a tomboy look and crossing over to cross-dresser territory.”
Yeah. A 3-year-old a cross dresser? Silly. The stylist, Alana Kelen, responded to Jezebel.com with this:
“I have lost sleep these past 2 nights due to the horrible thoughts and comments they included and attributed to me in this particular story for Life & Style, as they were taken completely out of context. They use me often for style quotes, so I had no idea they would twist my words, and they always contact me for final approval, which they did not do this time around.”
