A pal of Lindsay Lohan’s says she’s going to die. Here we go again! It seems like every few months somebody seeps out of the woodwork to tell the media Lindsay Lohan is on her deathbed. A “professional” told TMZ.com that all her friends are worried about her and she refuses to get help. SIGH. Is this Michael Lohan again?

We all remember that charming photo from last week where Lindsay ended up face first in a cactus — well now she’s blaming the paparazzi for her spill. However her friends aren’t buying it.
“People who have been trying to help Lindsay over the last year — both professionally and personally — feel something terrible will happen unless she immediately gets help for substance abuse…”If she doesn’t get help soon, she’s going to die.”
