Adam Lambert performed at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, Vancouver last night. Fans wanted more of Adam so an extra show was added last night due to demand and it was sold out in a matter of less than 10 minutes!

more Lambert invading Canada after the jump…
Lambert could be a bit too glam and showy for some but there’s definitely no denial of how talented he is.
After his Canadian tours, Lambert is set to come back home to mentor the American Idol contestants next week.
Lambert told Beatweek: “When they asked me to be a mentor I thought ‘cool, that sounds great.’ When I watched the past couple of years before auditioning for it, I always had ideas, I always had my own kind of opinions about the contestants.”
Have you listened to Adam’s debut album “For Your Entertainment“? What do you think of it?

It doesn’t surprise me there was such demand for tickets to Adam’s show that they added a second performance! No one rocks the stage like the fierce glittery angel with the most phenominal voice to come along in ages.
I’m not surprised that tickets sold out so fast. Adam had a gig at the end of February & before and all 3500 seats sold out by word-of-mouth from fans so there was no need to place an ad.
His show was great, he had lots of blue hair and American Indian jewelry & feathers. All of us strangers were all talking to each other as though we were long lost friends. It felt that way too. Good hearted, open minded Adam addicted music lovers in one place, we all wanted to hang around and try to catch a glimpse of him again and to talk about the show.
This guy is rockin’ the world! I love his CD … it gets me movin’ , that’s for sure. The more I listen to it, the more I love it.
Adam’s album,For Your Entertainment, has a lot of great tracks, diversity. It’s a really good CD and the one issued from Japan has added tracks. Adam mentioned he might make his next CD punk or maybe hard rock. ;he can do ballads, Adam has the ability to sing all genres, and he has that multioctave vocal range that will allow him to create whatever he decides.
Adam is the most exciting newbie I’ve seen in too many years to count. He is fantastic, and he is interesting and he is intriguing, and he is entertaining.
Adam is insanely talented and unique and he deserves all the recognition and success he has been working toward. I admire him for both his brilliance as an artist and well as his honest, charming, but uncompromising personality. Great guy!!!
FYE is an AMAZING CD. I love all the songs. Adam’s voice is incredible and the messeges are GREAT!!!
He is an amazing artist/preformer. I can’t wait to see him this summer.
Someone like Adam comes once in a life time. He is a whole package of amazingness.!!!!
“a bit too glam and showy for some” ???
I’ve heard some ridiculous excuses for not liking an artist but being too glamorous and too much of a showman is the most ridiculous one yet.
I think the “ten minutes” is quite a conservative estimate. I was online at 10:01am the morning they went on sale and Tickemaster was already saying there were no tickets left. The man’s album in terrific, but seeing him live is unforgettable. He is truly a phenomenal showman.
I was lucky enough to buy a ticket for the Thursday show. Loved the fact that the audience was a mix of people (older ladies, young women and, yes, guys too). Was very impressed that Adam stopped the show after about a minute or so to restart the song “For Your Entertainment”. It takes someone with a lot of confidence and professionalism to do this. Kudos to him. The show was amazing and I would gladly have gone to the 2nd show if tickets had been available.
I’m a huge music fan and I would have to say if I could only listen to one artist, it’d be Adam Lambert. His range is amazing. His voice is perfection. I enjoy a variety of artists from the 70s to today and Adam fits in with all of them. His music is universal and will be played somewhere in the world every second of every day far beyond all our lifetimes.
