Brett Favre is the first grandfather NFL quarterback in history. Rumors were swirling that Brett’s daughter Brittany Favre was due to deliver a child any time – and it appears she did! Brett confirmed the report on his website Tuesday night.

Brittany is 21 years old. She delivered a 7 pound, 7 ounce boy on Friday named Parker Brett! Brett is always after those records! From the Boston Herald:
The Vikings quarterback, who has yet to decide whether he will return for a 20th NFL season, announced on his web site Tuesday that he became a grandfather Friday when his 21-year-old daughter, Brittany, gave birth to a 7-pound, 7-ounce boy named Parker Brett. The father’s name was not revealed.
“A grandpa at 40. It almost makes me feel old,” Brett Favre told ESPN.
Brett was already considered fascinating, so is this a surprise?
