Charlie Sheen really did shave off all his hair! Sheen was photographed with a cleanly-shaved head on Friday as he made a trip to the dentist, TMZ obtained photos of Charlie totally buzzed as proof. Yes, Charlie did pull a Britney and looking pretty good too. Not sure if his wife Brooke Mueller likes it or not.

Aceshowbiz reports that a family friend of Sheen says ”His behavior has been so erratic that his friends and family are concerned. He isn’t keeping in contact with anyone that he used to right now.” In contrary to the statement, Sheen’s publicist Stan Rosenfield told The Dish Rag, “He is not working right now and wanted to have a different look. He didn’t shave his head. He simply got a buzz cut. Big difference.”
Charlie is currently in rehab so the production of his very popular TV sitcom “Two and a Half Men” is temporarily suspended.
