Heather Locklear was arrested (yet again!) for another driving related drama. Heather‘s vehicle (her lawyers are mum as to whether or not she was driving it or not) crashed into a No Parking sign last weekend in Westlake Village, CA. Police say Locklear (or Locklear‘s car) drove off into the night without telling the police.

As we all remember, Locklear is still serving a three-year probation sentence after pleading no contest to a 2008 reckless driving due to a DUI. She also completed a drug education class as traces of prescription drugs were found in her blood stream. As of now she’s been charged with a misdemeanor hit and run.
What do you think? Was she drunk driving again? Or did somebody get behind the wheel of her car and do it?
