Heidi Montag’s mom does not react well to Heidi’s new face. The episode of The Hills aired where Heidi’s mom gets to see her firsthand after the plastic surgery ordeal….and it wasn’t pretty.

Heidi paraded all over the media before she went home to see her family and get their reaction. When she got it, she didn’t like it. According to AOL TV:
Montag has already gotten a lot of flak for having 10 plastic surgery operations done in a single day. Now, the star gets an unhappy reaction from Darlene Egelhoff, her mother.
When she returns home to Colorado, Montag tries to find out if her mom approves of all the surgery. But Egelhoff doesn’t seem very pleased. “Are you telling me you don’t think I look good?” Montag asks. Egelhoff shakes her head slightly. Then she says this: “I felt that you were much more beautiful before.”
Her daughter is visibly upset by the critique.
Ouch. We had heard the meeting didn’t go well, but now we can see it too! Do you feel sorry for Heidi or is she getting her just desserts?
