Jon Gosselin wants to sue Kate Gosselin and get full custody of the children. Jon claims Kate Gosselin has turned into an absentee mother since she’s been parading herself about on Dancing With The Stars and practicing full time. No worries, Jon. It’s likely Kate will be off the show very, very soon.

Jon told lawyers he isn’t happy with the fact his eight children are being raised by strangers.
“The reality dad’s new lawyer Anthony F. List tells TMZ that Kate, 35, is “an absentee mom.” List says her current stint on Dancing with the Stars prohibits her from spending “quality time” with twins Cara and Mady, 9, and sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah, 5.”
His lawyer filed an emergency petition this week asking that Jon get physical custody while Kate continues to hog the spotlight. Oh, how the tables have turned. It seems like just yesterday Jon was a philandering Vegas party-hopper and Kate was the long suffering harpy with all the responsibility.
