Lady Gaga wants breast implants in addition to a few other plastic surgery procedures. According to some gossipy sources on tour with our Lady of Gah, she’s decided that she needs an entire new look. She’d like to Heidi Montag herself, with everything from new breasts to a butt lift to cheek implants.

Her friends think this new insecurity stems from the fact she’s working herself too hard. She can barely make it through a rehearsal without collapsing on stage.
“She’s desperately unhappy but keeps talking about having thousands of dollars worth of plastic surgery. She really thinks that could fix everything. She’s in a really bad way right now. She puts up such a guard that no one ever really knows what she’s feeling. She thinks she looks too manly and spends hours looking at herself. She’s thinking about a whole host of cosmetic procedures, including a nose job, cheek implants, boob job and thigh and bum lift. She’s completely preoccupied with overhauling her looks.”
You know — I actually buy this one. I can see Gaga, who’s only 24, getting completely blown away by her newfound fame and having a tough time adjusting physically. Especially considering her fascination with appearance and costume.

i’m sorry but this is a complete and utter lie. it’s just a stupid rumor. if she actually went under the knife it would send the wrong message to her fans. she’s all about loving self image as it is.
