Lindsay Lohan bails on her scheduled deposition. Lindsay decided shopping with her little sister Ali was a better idea. Actually, Lindsay only had a couple hours to squeeze in the judge and lawyers, and they said it wasn’t good enough so she left.

Lindsay is sinking deeper here! First, she gets booted from clubs, now she bails on court dates? From TMZ:
But this morning, Lindsay showed up to a lawyer’s office in an SUV … this time as a passenger …. in Venice, CA for her depo, but there was a conflict. Her lawyer, Ed McPherson was there … and waited in vain. Lawyers for the three men (and the lawyer for one of the women in the car she was chasing) wanted to grill Lindsay all day, but Lindsay said she only had a few hours.
After arriving an hour and a half late, Lindsay bailed without even getting out of the SUV. We’re told the plaintiffs’ lawyers told her if she wouldn’t sit for her depo for the full day … she shouldn’t bother at all.
How are you late for a court date when you are the one in trouble? Did Lindsay put extra makeup on or fix her hair? No, it sure doesn’t look like it! Why do you think Lindsay was late?
