It looks like Lindsay Lohan won’t be going to jail anytime soon. Earlier today, it was reported that Lindsay was behind-bars-bound due to her failure to attend the required alcohol education classes. Not so, say her lawyers.

Eventhough Lindsay often missed classes, her attorney says she always made them up. Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told TVGuide.com:
“Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes. For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.”
Fair enough. Our little Lohan has slid by on yet another technicality, but how many more screw-ups until she finally does find herself behind bars?
